When I found out that Sophie at So Finely Lived nominated me, I was beyond excited.
Once nominated, the blogger is required to write a post in which they:
- Thank the blogger who nominated them and link back to their blog.
- Answer the 11 questions asked by the blogger who nominated them.
- Nominate 11 other blogs (notify them) and give them 11 new questions to answer.
- List the rules and display your own version of the Sunshine Blogger Award logo in your post.
Chicken wings are a must have here at home. They’re super easy to make, so I make them about once a month. And they don’t need to be thawed out which is great. If I haven’t decided what to make for dinner on any given day, I can take these out of the freezer and have them ready in under an hour.
While browsing around Pinterest I found this Cajun Chicken Wings recipe and decided to give it a try. It was delicious by the way.
Is anyone else obsessed with the Peplum Trend?
I clearly am! It’s what I wore for Mother’s Day. While my husband had to work, he was up early to take our oldest out shopping with him. And they surprised me with breakfast in bed, flowers, chocolates and cards.
Since he had a night shift, this meant sleeping all day in order to be awake all night. Not a lot of fun, I know. But that didn’t stop us – the girls and I – from getting dressed and finding something to do. While we didn’t do anything grand, it was nice to take them out and hang out together.
I am absolutely loving distressed jeans this spring. They’re comfortable and breeze. 😉 Plus they’re versatile, I mean they go with everything! You can dress them up with a cute blouse, fun accessories, pretty handbag, clutch, wedges or even heels.
Being a Latina, I obviously grew up on arroz con pollo, flan, and empanadas; just to name a few. While my mother taught me to make flour empanadas from scratch, sometimes you want to take the quick route.
Using Goya’s discos para empanadas, allowed me to make something tasty while savoring flavors that took me all the way back home to Panama.
