An Embroidered Skirt, OTS Top and Mexican Vibes

An Embroidered Skirt, OTS Top and Mexican Vibes

Happy Friday Eve! So, I got back from vacation last Sunday, after being away in Mexico for a few days. And let me tell you, though I was glad to be home, I’m also having vacation withdrawals. Specially because I keep looking at our photos from our trip. Does this ever happen to you?

I thought that today I would share an outfit that is definitely Mexico inspired. The embroidered skirt is only $13 and it is perfect for this time of year. The bamboo bag you have seen before, and I will admit that I have been using it quite a bit, because it goes with just about every outfit.

I have linked some of the other pieces in my look for you to shop, including an OTS top similar to the one I’m wearing here.

Feliz jueves gente bella.

Saludos,

Friday Favorite: My New Hair Tools by Anjou

It’s no secret that I straighten my hair. I do it, not because I don’t love my curls, but because it is easier. Believe or not it is easier for me to deal with my hair straight, than to deal with my curls. And it probably has a lot to do with the fact that I haven’t found a product that my curls love! My straight hair, however, is loving my new hair tools by Anjou!

Six Spring Vacation Essentials to Buy Now

Hi there! As you may know I’m off to vacation in Mexico soon and I thought it would be a good idea to share some of the items I consider essentials. As these may be helpful to you, if you have any travel plans this Spring or Summer. I have six categories below and a few of my favorite items in each. Keep scrolling and take a peek. 😉

Swimwear

I am always looking for flattering pieces and when it comes to swimwear, high waisted styles are my go-to. One pieces can also be flattering, so I have link both styles and some bikinis as well.

Accessories

A good pair of earrings can be the final touch to a look. I have found some really fun ones for you to add to your list. Ps. they are all really versatile too – you’re welcome.

Kleenex Wet Wipes is my New Make-Up Allied

Kleenex Wet Wipes is my New Make-Up Allied

* This post is sponsored by Kleenex at Walgreens but the content and opinions expressed here are my own!

Wipes! I feel that this is an essential in any home, and I mean any home – with and without little ones. While, as a mom having wipes around my home comes with the territory, I have to admit that I am stoked to have Kleenex Wet Wipes as an option now. Why? Because I don’t have to share with the girls anymore – Woohoo!

Also because of the fact that Kleenex Wet Wipes don’t have the harsh chemicals that other wipes carry! Which means that they’re safe to use on my face. And they are also thick and soft enough to use on my hands.

It has been very easy to incorporate Kleenex Wet Wipes into my lifestyle because they are conveniently small and fit right into my bag. Which is perfect, since I am always On The Go! I also keep a pack in my car because that’s where lots of messes happen.

My Make-up Allied

I often do my make up in the car and let me tell you that it’s not an easy job! Seriously, am I the only one that find applying lipstick on in front of a car’s mirror a bit challenging? Luckily, I can correct any make up mishaps with my Kleenex Wet Wipes. And I love knowing that my skin is not exposed to harsh chemicals anymore.

Spring Vibes in a Yellow Front Tie, Ruffled Sleeves Top

SHOP TOP HERE

Happy Friday Eve! Can you believe Easter is this weekend? I’m still in awe at how quickly time is moving this year. It seems like 2018 had just started. And here we are, at the end of March! Do you have big plans for the weekend? I think we will keep it pretty low-key. We’ll take the girls to an Egg hunt and do a nice dinner on Sunday. Before I sign off for the weekend, how cute is this Front Tie Ruffled Sleeves Top is from Stay Warm in Style?

They sent it to me last week and I shared it on Instagram stories, did you catch the try-on session? If not, that’s ok! Most styles end up here on the blog anyway – lucky you. 😉 So, a few things I am loving about this top; the color, ruffles, style and the fabric. It is so light and perfect for Spring and it comes in six colors. Because I am all about versatile pieces, I’m loving that this one is casual enough to dress down and wear let’s say with shorts and slides. But add the perfect pair of jeans, heel sandals, jewels and you got a pretty dressy look – who’s ready for happy hour?! 🙂

As for the rest of my look… I finally wore my bamboo bag – isn’t it the perfect accent to my look? This is the dupe that I had shared on a few weeks ago. And I’m taking it on vacation soon and have feeling that you will see it over and over, so I apologize in advanced! 🙂 I got the sandals recently and I am loving how comfy they are. Plus, the color makes it easy to pair them with different looks. As usual, I am leaving you the links to each piece so that you can get to shopping.  😉

Happy Easter Friend!
