I love making and eating pasta dishes. They are delicious and usually quick to make. This Shrimp Scampi is not the exception. It was ready, from start to finish in under 30 minutes.
I started by cooking the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
Then, I added the shrimp and cooked until pink.
I added parsley and lemon juice.
Lastly, I served warm over cooked pasta.
I also made some limonata (lemonade in Italian). Everything really is bigger in Texas. This lemon had enough juice for the shrimp scampi and the lemonade.
