This recipe brings the traditional Elote recipe to another level of yumminess. Give it a try

Cheetos Crusted Elotes

Elotes – also known as Mexican street corn – are something I learned to love by living in Texas. My husband is the one who introduced me to this fun food. The Elote recipe I am sharing today is not the traditional recipe. This one has a fair-food twist to it.
