Five Valentine's Day Nails to Try this Month

Hi y’all, I know I have been MIA around here for way too long. But I’m back and ready to jump back into the blog with content to keep you inspired. Because Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, I thought the first post of 2022 should be something fun. So I rounded up my favorite Valentine’s Day Nails for you. Most of these are really easy to do. While they are not perfect, they’re really fun to try. If you don’t think you can do it yourself, you could totally show them to your nail tech and I’m sure she will be able to make them happen.

I absolutely love doing my nails, it’s something I picked up during quarantine last year. A lot of my inspiration comes from Pinterest. This beauty board has all the designs that I come across. While I haven’t tried them all, it’s a good collection to reference when I’m unsure on what design to try. The first design is the most recent, I learned to do hearts last valentines day – it’s the last nail design in this post. This year I thought I’d do more of a pattern. Heart Shaped Tips

This design I saw on Pinterest. If you shape your nails round these come to make a nice heart. Because I shape my square, I only got the top of a heart. Either way, I thought it was a fun design to try this month.

Ombre Nails

If you’re not much into trying shapes and designs, an easy Valentine’s Day nail idea is to try different colors from a color spectrum for each nail like below. You could try different shades of red or pink. I even tried this manicure for Easter with all my pastel polishes.

Abstract Designs

Abstract nails are one of my favorites because there’s really no right or wrong way to do these. It’s all up to the brush stroke and colors that you pick. These nails I actually did the Christmas before last but the colors are perfect for Valentine’s Day, so I thought I’d share them again.

Black Heart Nails

If you’re not much of a fan of pinks. You can go with a darker nail design like this one. I still wanted to maintain the Valentine’s Day nails so I added a small heart to the ring finger. Nude nails with red details are also a winning combination.
