How to cook steaks indoors!

Steak Dinner

On Sundays I usually make the best dinner and sometimes even make dessert. This last Sunday wasn’t the exception. The best part was that dinner took me under 20 minutes to complete… And no, you don’t need a grill to cook steaks.

I had some shopping to do, and when I spotted T-bone steaks at Kroger, I couldn’t walk past them. I knew this would make a great dinner; I already had potatoes and asparagus at home.

While shopping, I did wander down the spices isle and found some rosemary… and other spices. At last! I had wanted to get some since Christmas, when Kroger was selling little rosemary trees. My only reason for staying away, was that I do not have a green thumb.

I prepared the steaks with salt, pepper, and a little Knorr Caldo De Res (Beef Bouillon). I set them aside for about 30 minutes to marinate.

Then, placed them in a baking pan, and sprinkled with a little rosemary. I set the oven to broil at 550°F; cooking one side for 9 minutes and the other for 7 minutes.

After the steaks were done, I removed the pan from the oven and let them cool for a bit before serving with the potatoes and asparagus. Steak Dinner

You don’t have to wait until Sunday though! Would you cook steaks on a weekday after finding this recipe? Leave me a comment with your thoughts.
