So, I have said it before, in our home I cook (almost) everyday. Though there¬†are times when¬†I don’t know what or want to cook. ¬†On days like these I used to run to the grocery store and grab a rotisserie chicken. Being the DIYer that I am, one day I said no more – since¬†this¬†baked¬†chicken recipe has been a favorite.

I spotted the whole chickens while shopping for meats one day.¬†At that moment a light bulb went off in my head – are you visualizing this?! I pulled out my phone¬†and searched for whole chicken recipes on Pinterest. (While most people ‘Google’ their searches, I turn to Pinterest for mine, 90% of the time).

I found many recipes, so I grabbed a chicken and took off running, ok not quite but you get the point. Since that day, I have made my own baked chickens.
