You all, I discovered this amazing site called Bloglovin’! You may be asking; ‘what is this?’
Well, it’s a site where you can follow all your favorite blogs including mine. 😉
Check it out!
In preparation for the Valentines Day school party, my oldest and I decided to do a DIY t-shirt. Our Valentine’s Day included quite a few DIYs! Did you check out the Backyard photo shoot I did with the girls?
Back to the t-shirt! I had seen a fairly easy tutorial on Pinterest. So, after looking over the instructions, we headed to Hobby Lobby for some supplies! And bought a Gildan brand Youth Small Short Sleeve T-Shirt and a Pink Fabric Creations Soft Fabric Ink.
I love making and eating pasta dishes. They are delicious and usually quick to make. This Shrimp Scampi is not the exception. It was ready, from start to finish in under 30 minutes.
I started by cooking the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
Last year we bought a Sony Alpha 6000 and it is the best camera I have ever had. I have used it for parties, vacations, daily adventures, and my personal favorite, at home photo shoot. I have also done mini sessions with my iPhone (I might share these at a later time) but I love my camera.
With Valentine’s day approaching, I decided to do an impromptu photoshoot of my littles. It was super easy to set up and it took under an hour to photograph both girls, together and separate. You can do the same with these simple steps.
Honestly, I don’t wear make up 90% of the time but I do carry a few beauty essentials in my make up bag; especially on special events. As Valentine’s Day draws closer, I wanted to share some of the products I am crushing on and some that I have on my wish-list.
I have always been a little hesitant to use bold color but when I found NYX Cosmetics’ Soft Matte Lip Cremes, I snagged two colors; Ibiza and Prague. I am slowly adding more to my collection because I am seriously crushing on these.
Living in Texas has many advantages, one of them is its diverse cuisine. In Panama, we don’t eat many of the Mexican dishes that you find here. So, I learned a lot about Mexican cuisine with my husband – who is of Mexican descent – and by visiting different Mexican and Tex-Mex restaurants here in Houston.
Luckily the first time that I decided to make enchiladas, my husband was home; and wiling to teach me how he learned to make them from a cousin.
It’s an easy recipe because you don’t have to make the sauce or tortillas from scratch. Quite frankly, I don’t know if I am that talented. Though, I would not mind trying my hand at it and learning something new.
To make these easy enchiladas, I cooked, seasoned and shredded chicken breasts. Then mixed the shredded chicken with cheese.
