The first time I made sliders was over a year ago. In fact, it was for the baby’s first birthday party (funny thing that we call her a baby and she’s almost two years old). Guests gave me good feedback, when I made these then. And my family loves them so much that I’ve continued to make them.
It’s an easy meal, only involving a handful of ingredients and it’s done – from start to finish – in abut 30 minutes. I’m a true fan of quick meals. I have also made this recipe with ground turkey. And if tweaked a bit, you could possibly make it with pulled pork and other meats. Though, I have not personally ventured from ground meats yet.
