Happy Fall Y’all! I can finally say that because it is officially fall – even if it doesn’t feel like it in Houston. I am a summer soul but I will say that I love fall over winter. Fall is nice, lower temperatures that allow for layering, hay rides, pumpkin spice… you get the picture. 🙂 Speaking of layering, I recently got some happy mail from Red Dress (woohoo) and let me tell you I loved every single item. This one in particular, is a favorite. If you saw my Instagram stories, you heard me admit that this is the softest piece of clothing I own.
Yes, this cardigan is super soft but besides the fabric, I love that I’ll be able to layer this over camis, t-shirts, and more. A cardigan like this one is so versatile, you can wear it over and over from fall into winter. As far as the rest of my outfit, the booties make another appearance because I love it’s deep chocolate yet neutral color; and the fact that they’r super comfortable. These are my new favorite jeans because of the high waist, which makes them ideal to pair with bodysuits like the one I have on here.
The last couple of days have actually felt like fall. Which is honestly surprising for Houston. So, I thought I’d share this fun Camo tunic c/o Tickled Teal. It’s just under $20 which I think it’s a great price point. Though I wore it with a tied knot, it can easily be styled differently.
Fall is for Jeans… and I’m bringing out all my favorites. These black mid-rise jeans c/o Mott & Bow are my go-to because they fit me like a glove and go with almost anything in my closet. You may remember them, as I have styled and shared them in the past. They’re fully in stock and the best part is that besides picking your size you can pick between a 26 & 30 inseam. I am linking them below so that you can get to shopping. 😉
Stripes are always in! And these my friends are some of my favorites. When I saw this top, I immediately added it to my cart. While, I don’t usually spend much on t-shirts this once was worth every penny (it’s under $40, don’t let me scare you). I have wore it quite a bit and this is just one of the looks. I also wore it with my denim skirt and shorts. I’ll make sure to share other ways to wear this gorgeous tee. In the meant time, I’ll leave you the link below so that you can check it out, along with other items in my look. 🙂

Threads for Thomas I’m loving this chic outfit she put together, from the dress to the booties. Make sure to check out her site, she shares lots of outfit inspo.
SMILE! It’s almost Friday! Even better it’s a long weekend. What plans do you have? We are still deciding what to do. Hopefully we come up with something fun. Speaking of fun… How fun is this graphic tee? I love graphic tees because they can be dressed up or down.
I’m linking some of my favorites below. This one caught my eye because of the quote but also the rosy color. I paired it with my new favorite jeans (also linked), and booties that Forever Young Shoes sent me. As always, I keep the accessories to a minimum – which usually works well. 🙂 What’s you opinion on graphic tees? Let me know in the comments!
Happy Friday Eve! So I’m back!!! And want to apologize for skipping our TT LinkUp last week. I’ve been SO busy, as I mentioned before. The reason? We sold our home! This is both exciting, as we are moving closer to personal goals that we’ve set for ourselves. But also saddening, as I thought this would be our forever home. Though I am a bit sad, I have tried to “Let Go, and Let God!” And when you believe, you can see his hands at work, because of this I can focus on the positive aspects of this milestone and move forward. Now that the sale is final, I can come back to blogging fully focused.
So, today I’m sharing a cardigan c/o A Dip of Darling, that is under $30 and comes in six colors! I’m linking it below for you to shop, along with similar styles that I’ve rounded up. Since I live in Texas, I love being able to pair fall pieces (like this cardi) with summer pieces like I did in the first look. Cardigans and shorts are always a fun look! I added a pretty cami and a pair of booties to complete a look that is perfect for the summer to fall transition.
Welcome back! I hope your Christmas was great. Today, I’m sharing a sweater that I’m loving because of its ruffles. I have said it before, there’s something about ruffles that add a feminine touch to any outfit. So I’ve been wearing garments with ruffles all year. The fact that I can still wear ruffles in the winter makes me so happy.
