This week will be a busy one. Not only am I wrapping up the girls’ easter baskets but I am also trying to decide what we will do for Easter Sunday. This is the first time in years, that my husband will be off work and able to spend it with us, so I’m a little out of practice. I think we will change that this year! 😉
If you’re in the Houston area and looking for ways to spend Easter with the family, keep scrolling because I’ve added six activities you can do this weekend, from Egg Hunts to Eats – something for everyone.
I also wanted to share this cute little white romper with you. No, this will not be my Easter outfit, but since Spring is officially here, I am all about Rompers and Dresses. I am also loving denim jackets, because they go with everything! Colorful pom-pom sandals are also my things lately. I am linking similar items below for you to shop. If you’re wondering about the coffee in hand… Well that’s me trying to energize for all the things I have to do this week. 🙂
If you’re in the Katy area, add the 2000 Easter Egg Huntat Mary Jo Peckham Park 5597 Gardenia Lane, Katy, TX 77493. This FREE Egg Hunt is from 3:00 PM – 5:30 PM and hosted by the Now U Know Life Church.

Happy Friday. Easter is next weekend y’all. If you’re often procrastinate like I do, you probably haven’t got an idea what you’ll wear. Worry not, below is a round-up of dresses that you could wear not only next weekend but through Spring and possibly Summer. You’re Welcome!! 😉
It’s officially Spring y’all. What better way to welcome Spring than with a floral print look? And a collaboration. That’s right. This post is all about Spring and five of us have joined forces to bring you Spring inspired looks and foods. Make sure to check out every blogger in the loop, starting with the Crystal @ The Holliday Collectivewho shared a Blackberry Pineapple Smash Cocktail yesterday.
Today, I am bringing more ruffles your way! 😉 I just seem to be obsessed with them lately and because this one shoulder and ruffles top is ON SALE $15, I just couldn’t keep it to myself. I will admit, this was my first shopping experience with this online store but it was good. The top look exactly as pictured, I love the color, style and material. It is obviously the price that I love most.
While, I don’t follow the no-white after labor day rule, I am glad that Spring is here and I can wear white a lot more. 🙂 You might have seen these jeans before, they’re my favorite white jeans! The block heels were a recent buy that I shared recently, they’re so comfortable and have been on repeat. The earrings I got a few months back and have finally decided to wear them. I did not find a link for the handbag but it is a Kate Spade crossbody that I sometimes double as a clutch. I will share a link if I can find this or a similar style. 🙂
Spring Break is fast approaching and so is our trip to Mexico – WooHoo!! This means that I have a long list of Spring wants and I thought it would be fun to share a few of handbags that I have my eye on with you.
The Ark Bamboo Bag is not a new item, it has been trending since last summer. And that’s the funny thing about fashion. While some items come and go, other come and never quite leave. I got my hands on one for me trip already and have linked it for you below.
The Bamboo Shoulder Bag I have seen around a bit and I am tempted to get one but it’s so similar to the Ark Bamboo Bag that I am not sure yet.
The Straw Taco Clutch would be perfect, I mean I will be in Mexico – home of the taco. 🙂 I love that this style is a clutch and the bright color.
Speaking of bright color, what about the Tassel Cross Body Bag? Isn’t it perfect? I love how colorful it is and it would make the perfect summer accessory…
Finally the Circle Straw Crossbody Bag. This one seems to be built to last years, which means it could be a great investment piece.
Decision, decision… Which one would you get? Leave me a comment below with your favorite. 😉
Happy Friday Eve friends! I still can’t believe how fast the week went by?! Since the temperatures in Houston have been steadily warm, I have been feeling all the Spring vibes. So much, that I decided to bring out these fun and colorful tiered tassel earrings! Aren’t they the perfect pop of color?
