Trendy Thursday LinkUp + Current Sweater Weather Obsessions, Stripes

Fall means cozy pieces, like sweaters and cardigans. These two pictured here are my favorites. There’s just something about stripes that draws me in. It’s such a fun patten without being overwhelming. I will say this, I did stay away from stripe prints for a while because it was said that strips could make a person look wider but I’ve learned to embrace them. That’s not so say that they don’t have this effect on people, I just think it’s all in how one wears them.

Slightly oversized sweaters and cardigans are the way to go in my opinion. The sweater because it is slightly bigger fitting, doesn’t overwhelm a figure. While a cardigan is balanced by the layering effect. If you’re a stripes lover, items similar to these will be a great addition. These two options are under $40 and linked below for you to shop. Before you head off, tell me which is your favorite in the comments below. 😀

  1. Both of these outfits are totally cute, but that second one especially drew my eye. I love the chunky stripes and the oversized fit of the cardigan. So pretty on you!

  2. Oh thanks so much for feature! That’s so exciting! I love both your sweaters, especially the cardigan. It’s so nice to see so much beautiful color this fall instead of the usual neutrals.
