Let’s talk about this whipped butter that I have been raving about!
If you follow me on Instagram and Twitter, you have noticed that I have been crushing on a whipped butter that I have been using. I have done Instagram stories, shared posts and talked non-stop about this whipped butter.
It’s because I’m truly loving the magic it has worked on my skin! And I wanted to do a review to share with you today.
The Coco Cabana Whipped Butter
Catchy name right?! It is handmade in small batches in Phoenix, Arizona; and can be purchased at Butter Depot.
These whipped butters are completely organic and made with five oils. They do not contain any parabens, synthetic dyes or harmful chemicals. And are never tested on animals – this is a biggie for me.
When my happy mail was delivered and I opened the box, I noticed how light it was; this is exactly how it feels on my skin. It is not thick at all! Just a dime size amount of this whipped butter moisturizes a lot better than lotion, in my opinion.
Its delicious scent is a bonus; it smells like heaven!
These whipped butters are safe for pregnant women, children and can be used on hair and skin. If you head over to Natural Hair Rebel’s YouTube Channel you can find other creative ways to use Butter Depot’s whipped butters.
While I got the 8 oz. size, there are two other sizes available; there is a 20 oz. and a 2 oz. sample. The sample size is perfect if you are hesitant to buy the full size or if you simply want to try out different scents. Then you can get a little bit of each available whipped butter in a sample size.
Why I’m Crushing on it
I have mostly used my Coco Cabana on my hands, because being at home with little ones is rough on them. I’m always washing something; toys, dishes, you name it. Since using this butter I have noticed that my hands feel so much softer.
My new routing includes using this whipped butter and quite frankly I don’t know that I will go back to using lotions, at least not for my delicate hands.
Are you looking for a light and moisturizing product? If so, you have found one! I seriously recommend that you to give these a try today! 🙂 You can not go wrong with these whipped butters, I promise.
Before you leave, share this with someone who might enjoy learning about this organic product (just use the sharing buttons to your left) ;).

The Butter Depot Products are good but the customer service for the business is bad. The owner doesn’t process her orders in a first come first serve basis. I placed an order in February and I’m still waiting to receive it. Be careful if you order anything.
Same experience. Was told over a month later that my items were “sold out,” even thought almost 2 wks prior she promised to ship out the following Monday. Sad…
I had a similar experience with Butter Depot. Their customer service is horrendous and borderline hostile. Almost a two month turn around time from when I was charged to when o received my order. They delete all negative comments from their social media. Best avoided!
Anne, I’m so sorry to hear that. I plan to send your message to them in hope that it will help. I believe they’re a small operation like Etsy stores since it is a handmade product but can’t imagine why the CS would be as you describe. 🙁
I’m sorry to hear this. I had such a great experience I didn’t think customers were having this difficulty. I know it’s all handmade, so maybe that’s why it takes time.
I have rough hands. I’m glad this can help me. will check it out!
I really loved the product. And wasn’t aware of the CS and shipping delays. It is a small business so it may be worth reaching out to the owner to clarify turn around after ordering. 🙂
