Cheesecake is one of my favorite desserts. And when I first learned about Deep Fried Cheesecake Bites. I had to try it. It took a while but when I did, I was hooked.
Being that it is Rodeo season in Houston, I convinced my husband to help me make some fair inspired food. And this was one of the menu items.
The needed ingredients are cheesecake (frozen), funnel cake batter or pancake mix, and vegetable Oil. Once you have all these, all you have to do is cut the cheesecake slice into bite size pieces. Then, prepare batter mix according to package instructions. Dip cheesecake bites in batter one at a time. And fry until golden brown.
